Football and netball clubs across Northern Victoria have a chance to apply for State Government funding to improve their facilities.
The Nationals’ Member for Northern Victoria Gaelle Broad encouraged all football and netball clubs, associations and umpiring organisations across the region to apply for the latest round of grants under the Country Football and Netball Program.
Applications can be made for grants of up to $250,000 to develop facilities.
Ms Broad said potential projects could include new change rooms, upgrades to lighting, improved water efficiency and more.
“Grassroots football and netball is the backbone of many regional communities, and having great facilities encourages more participation and in turn provides great social and health benefits,” Ms Broad said.
Applications for the current round of the Country Football and Netball program close on Monday, 7 July 2025.
Clubs must register their interest through their local council.
